What data we process
Identification and contact details (name, email, message), browsing data (IP, user agent) and, where applicable, data needed to provide a requested service.
Purposes and legal basis
Managing contact and information requests (legitimate interest / pre-contractual measures); defending legal rights (legitimate interest); ensuring information security (legal obligation and legitimate interest). Marketing requires explicit, revocable consent.
Recipients
Companies of the Aruba S.p.A. group, third-party providers and professionals acting as controllers or processors, and public authorities where required by law.
Retention
Contact data is kept for up to 24 months after the last interaction unless a longer period is required by law (tax/ accounting records: 10 years). Browsing logs: up to 12 months.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to info@namecase.com. You may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
